Designated copyright agent

Our agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).

What your notice must include (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL) to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Misrepresentations may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include your signature, the material removed and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which ZoeAtlas is found), and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
