ZoeAtlas SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

ZoeAtlas (“we”, “us”) operates two separate text message programs. You choose each one independently and can be enrolled in one without the other.

• Account & listing alerts

  Alerts about your own ZoeAtlas listing: new reviews, new customer leads and quote requests, listing approval and verification status, and billing notices.

  Frequency: approximately 4 messages per month.

• Marketing & community updates

  Promotions, member perks, growth tips for business owners, and the weekly diaspora Pulse with new businesses and events in your city.

  Frequency: approximately 4 messages per month.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box for the program you want, either on our text message sign-up page or in your account notification settings. We then send one confirmation message; you must reply YES to activate the program. No other messages are sent before you confirm. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and we never share or sell mobile numbers or consent data to third parties for their own marketing.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. ZoeAtlas does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to end all texts from ZoeAtlas. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. You can also turn every text category off from your account notification settings.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@zoeatlas.ai.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Mobile numbers, the consent language shown to you, and the time and origin of your consent are stored as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
